The 3 days Professional Development Program on Continuous Formative Assessment (CFA) for teachers teaching classes PP to III ended today.
A total of 140 teachers from 26 schools attended the workshop in 2 clusters; Buli CS and Gomphu PS.
The workshop is aimed at enhancing assessment practices and helping students through timely, meaningful feedback. By integrating digital tools, the program ensures transparency, fairness, and alignment with clearly defined learning objectives.It will enable easy tracking of individual learner’s progress, thereby making records readily accessible to teachers, parents, and education officers.
The CFA workshop is a positive step toward improving teaching and learning in the foundational years.
