DESCRIPTION:The 3 days Professional Development Program on Continuous Forma
 tive Assessment (CFA) for teachers teaching classes PP to III ended today.
 \nA total of 140 teachers from 26 schools attended the workshop in 2 clust
 ers\; Buli CS and Gomphu PS.\nThe workshop is aimed at enhancing assessmen
 t practices and helping students through timely\, meaningful feedback. By 
 integrating digital tools\, the program ensures transparency\, fairness\, 
 and alignment with clearly defined learning objectives.It will  enable eas
 y tracking of individual learner's progress\, thereby making records readi
 ly accessible to teachers\, parents\, and education officers.\nThe CFA wor
 kshop is a positive step toward improving teaching and learning in the fou
 ndational years.
