MANDATES

  1. Ensure internet connectivity in all the Gewogs, Government offices, Hospitals and PHCs, Schools, and institutions within the Dzongkhag.
  2. Design, develop, review, and upload contents on the Dzongkhag website and Dzongkhag Facebook page.
  3. Troubleshoot and rectify issues of ICT hardware and software.
  4. Install OS on newly procured laptops.
  5. Provide technical specifications and verification of ICT equipment before procurement and surrendering.
  6. Provide estimation for Local Area Network setup in government agencies within the Dzongkhag.
  7. Set up online conferences and projectors during meetings.
  8. Inform and raise online tickets to BPC fiber team during fiber breakage or fiber problems.
  9. Inform and raise online tickets to Internet Service Provider (ISP) during network disruptions.
  10. Promote digital literacy.
