A four-days 11th Annual Moenlam Chenmo program started in Zhemgang from 14th to 16 June, 2023, presided over by His Eminence Yonten Lopen Rinpoche of Zhung Dratshang. The Moenlam Chenmo  concluded  on 16th June with Riwo Sangchoe(Smoke offering) and Tsewang (Ritual Empowerment for Longevity) to thousands of people gathered at Moenlam Choekhang.
